1) What PetCheck Is

PetCheck is a tracking and logging tool to help you record patterns after a pet food or routine change (typically 7–30 days). PetCheck provides summaries to help you organize information.

PetCheck is NOT medical advice and NOT a diagnosis.

If your pet is unwell, symptoms worsen, or you are concerned, contact a veterinarian.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use PetCheck. If you are using PetCheck for someone else’s pet, you confirm you have permission to do so.

3) Your Responsibilities

• Use PetCheck for tracking only and not as a substitute for veterinary care.
• Provide accurate information. Do not submit sensitive personal data or images you do not own.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

4) Subscriptions and Payments

PetCheck may offer a paid subscription (“Pro”). Pricing, renewal terms, and available features are shown during checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.

5) Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel at any time via the billing portal (if available) or the method shown in your account. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

6) Data and Outputs

PetCheck may provide summaries and exportable reports (including vet-ready PDFs). These are provided for informational tracking purposes only. You remain responsible for decisions and outcomes.

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

PetCheck is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetCheck and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data.

In all cases, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for PetCheck in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, abused the service, or created risk for users or the platform.

10) Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
