Product support

Describe the page, device, browser, and what happened. Screenshots are helpful, but remove account tokens, cookies, payment details, and sensitive personal information first.

Billing or refunds

Include the Polar order or receipt identifier and the checkout email. Never send a full card number, security code, Google credential, or password.

Privacy or data request

Use the subject “Privacy request” and state whether you are requesting access, correction, or deletion. The Memory page can delete the encrypted Customer Memory cloud copy directly; local browser records remain until you clear them separately.

PetCheck support cannot diagnose or provide emergency care. For urgent, severe, or worsening symptoms, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency veterinary service.
